Baking Tips
A few tips to make your baked goods better:
Eggs, milk, shortening/butter should be room temperature.
Sift flour, confectioner's sugar, cocoa (it has lumps too), corn starch, soda and baking powder before using. Sifting removes all lumps, keeping the finished cake smooth.
