Granny Bett: On Granny's Tips you'll find everything from how to remove stains from your sink to the yummiest, yet simplest recipes. I’ve been cooking since I was 11 and with more than 53 years shopping experience I want to share practical ways you can shop for your own family creating delicious meals and save money. It’s not just questions from the kitchen I’ll entertain but you can send your gardening questions and you can even send punctuation and grammar inquiries. I was born in Loganville, GA in the Youth community. I lived on a farm all of my life until we moved to the big city of Lawrenceville, GA when I was a teenager. Those high school afternoons were filled with homemade french fries and watching Bandstand with my girlfriends. But the farm was always something I loved and so for the last 53 years that I've been married to my husband we've enjoyed farming together. We raised three kids and through the years we've had untold numbers of farm animals and continue to enjoy all the pleasures a farm can bring. It’s a lot of work but the benefits and pleasures are great. We now have miniature donkeys and goats and a small plant nursery that keeps us busy.
